General Terms and Conditions
All sales made through this website (the "website") by my-HTPC are subject to these Terms and Conditions
Our site is operated and controlled in England. The relationship between us and all matters connected with the site and any order are governed by English Law. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in relation to all matters connected with our relationship the site and any order or contract between us.
The present Terms and Conditions are incorporated in all contracts of sale between you and my-HTPC. We are registered for VAT and all sales will be subject to VAT.
All prices and delivery costs displayed on the Website are quoted in pounds Sterling. We make every effort to ensure that the prices shown on our Website are accurate.
All prices stated include VAT.
UK mainland delivery of the goods will normally be made the same working day as placing your order where possible. Our deadlines are 12:30 for orders despatched via Interlink Express and 4pm for post/Royal Mail Special Delivery. We can send small items via post on Saturdays up to noon. All orders over 2Kg will be sent using Interlink Express.
Payment may be made in Pounds Sterling by Bank Transfer, all major credit and debit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Visa Delta, or Switch) and PayPal. The holder of the credit or debit card which is used for the payment of goods purchased is fully liable for all sums charged. Completing the payment information and submitting the order implies authority to debit the relevant card. my-HTPC will take all reasonable care to keep your order and payment details secure.
Title and Risk
Property and title in and to the goods ordered by you shall remain with my-HTPC until full payment in cleared funds for the price of the goods and all ancillary costs has been received and the goods have been dispatched to you. The goods shall be at your risk as from the time when they have left our premises.
All goods featured on our Website are subject to availability and my-HTPC reserves the right to withdraw certain goods at any time without notice. If we are unable to fulfill an order (in whole or in part) we will advise you of this by e-mail or phone; you will then be given the opportunity to cancel your order. If we are unable to contact you, we reserve the right to despatch the available part of your order and to deliver the balance of said order at a later date (with no further delivery charges). my-HTPC reserves the right to discontinue supplies of goods featured on our Website at any time and excludes all liability in respect of any claim whatsoever arising therefrom.
Formation of Contract
An order submitted by you via our Website is deemed to be an offer to purchase goods from my-HTPC as seen on the Website. No contract shall be formed between my-HTPC and you unless and until we despatch the goods to you. We may, at any time prior to despatch of the goods, decline to accept your order for any reason. Once you have placed your order, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This e-mail is only intended to confirm receipt of your order and is not intended to constitute acceptance of your order by my-HTPC.
We operate a 'No Quibble' policy for cancellation to allow you a cooling off period after placing your order. You may cancel your order for any reason provided:-
a) You notify us of your cancellation in writing/email to the address at the foot of this page within seven working days of delivery.
b) The goods remain unused and component parts are unopened.
c) You or the recipient retain and take reasonable care of the goods
d) We will refund your original delivery charge when a product is faulty or damaged.
After Sales Guarantee
During the manufacturer's warranty period, faulty goods should be returned to us withing the first 12 months and directly to the manufacturer for any remaining warranty period after the initial 12 months. replacement or repair is at the manufacturer's discretion.
Claims for breakages or other damage should be made on 0113 322 9496 within 48 hours of receipt. Damaged on arrival products will be replaced and any additional carraige costs will be covered by us
In the event of supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute any items with replacements of at least equal quality and value. We will inform you and request acceptance before this occurs.
Returns & Exchanges
If you should not be fully satisfied with our products, you have the right to cancel your order by giving written notice to us (by e-mail, or post) at the address given below at any time from placing your order and within 7 days from receipt of the goods*. In such case we will make a full refund to the value of the goods within 30 days from the date of cancellation. On such cancellation, Azure Horizons shall accept such goods only if they are returned to Azure Horizons the same condition as the original delivered goods. Before returning any goods, please contact to us obtain an RMA number. Goods returned without prior authorisation will be rejected.
Goods that you wish to return after 7 days of receipt (and up to 30 days) are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Goods must be in thier original delivered state. We can accept returns unless faulty beyond 30 days. Items returned as faulty will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.
All custom build PCs are Servers are exempt from the 7 day return policy and will be subject to a 25% restocking fee should you wish to return them

my-HTPC shall not be liable for any delay or default in the execution of its obligations in the case of any event outside its control including but not limited to natural disasters, bad or inclement weather, fires, explosions, floods, failure or delay of third party suppliers, computer or software errors, national or local strikes or stoppages, accidents, riots or civil uprisings.

We process credit and debit card payments usinf SagePay, your credit card details are not held on out servers..

Headings in these terms and conditions are for convenience only and have no legal meaning or effect. If any of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid by any court of competent jurisdiction the invalidity of that term or condition will not affect the validity of the remaining.
