Well IFA (The European Consumer Electronics show) is almost upon us (31 Aug - 5 Sep) and we will be attending as usual.
Dune HD have announced some exciting new 3D models which will they will be demonstraing at IFA. We will be there testing them, and will have them in stock mid to late September.
TV-103D: compact and elegant media player with IPTV/VOD support and 3D capability
TV-403D: hybrid media player with IPTV/VOD support, twin-tuners (DVB), hard drive bay and 3D capability
Max 3D: media player with Blu-ray 3D support as well as full IPTV/VoD functionality
Dune HD Connect: world’s smallest Full HD media player in the format of HDMI dongle with built-in Wi-Fi and Bluetooth and Z-Wave option.

We're now using "Fulfilled by Amazon" on certain Dune HD products. We send Amazon the stock, they warehouse it and take good care of it. When somebody buys an item, they pick, pack and ship direct from Amazon. They take care of customer services, returns and the whole customer interaction process. You can then even get their super saver delivery and its eligible for all their other services too. Great stuff!
Not all our products are FBA yet, but we aim to have most products fulfilled by Amazon once our trial period has proven its worth the increased costs. If we're not showing stock on our website - we may have them in stock on our Amazon Shop. We will try and indicate this on the out of stock item's page.

From Tuesday 10th April we will be switching to Interlink Express as our main delivery agent. Our standard delivery will improve from our current 24-48 hour to a Guranteed Next Day delivery, with the option (£5) for a pre-noon delivery, or even pre-09:30 for those who really can't wait won't wait. All small deliveries (upto 750g) will be sent First Class Recorded Post and beyond that Next Day Interlink. This also now allows us to ship all over the world!
